PRODUCT INFORMATION
The Hatsuyuki HA-110S is the hand-crank block ice slicer that Japanese kakigori stands have relied on for decades. Chubu Corporation still builds it to the same nostalgic design: a rotating disc carries a block of ice across a steel blade, turned by hand, with no motor and no plug. Shaving from a solid block gives the thin, airy ribbons of ice that soak up syrup evenly.
