Precautions for use:
- If the caulking becomes loose after prolonged use, place it on a hard surface such as an anvil and tap it with a hammer to adjust it.
- Due to the handmade nature of Higonokami knives, each one has its unique characteristics, and tightness may not always be uniform.
- Although this product is made with rust-resistant materials, it is recommended to keep it dry and wash thoroughly when cutting highly acidic or salty objects.
- If the blade is too tight to open, hit the knife on a table with the "Chikiri" (tail) facing down.
